The crew at bay cycle are wonderful people , I came in to look and ended up leaving with a hammer head cart , knowing it made polaris it will be around for a while , the big kids just love it as do I , I'm already making plans to get one more thanks crew (Employee: Chad M)

Bought the family a Grom last year from Bay cycle from that day everyone in the building is nice and helpful with anything even help you load up if needed.had tires switched out they ordered what I wanted and put them on in no time.

Stopped in to check on a broken part we had on our sled. Kraig took ample time to make sure we knew exactly how to repair it and printed off a set of instructions for is. That guy ALWAYS takes the time to explain stuff to me. (Employee: Parts Department)
